Sarah Cranbury, LCSW

I’m US Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Wiesbaden Germany, here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. I truly care about my patients’ well-being and offer evidence-based counseling services catered to your needs.

Since 2014 I have been providing mental health counseling to adults, groups, families, couples, and US Military service members. Living in a foreign country where a different language is spoken can be a huge barrier to obtaining the help and guidance needed to overcome life's hurdles. It is my goal to make obtaining mental health counseling in Germany a little easier for English speakers.

Amber Granier, MSW

I am a registered Associate Social Worker based in Wiesbaden, Germany. I earned my MSW from the University of Denver in 2020 and have called Wiesbaden home since 2022.

Starting August 17, 2026, I will be accepting clients for in-person or virtual sessions. As a military spouse, I understand how difficult and complex life abroad can be — adjusting to family dynamics and responsibilities, navigating a new culture and language, balancing military obligations, and feeling far from the people and places that feel like home. The list can feel endless at times. My hope is to offer a supportive, accessible space where adults, couples, families, and service members can feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
